Frequently asked questions

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Which items cannot be returned? Accessories (belts, bags, jewellery) and any item marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable. Footwear that has been worn outdoors is also not eligible for return.

How do I initiate a return? Email us at support@doublefive.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return label and next steps. We currently do not charge a return shipping fee for size exchanges.

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–5 business days Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days Northeast & remote pin codes: 7–10 business days Orders placed before 2 PM IST on weekdays are dispatched the same day.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.

Do you ship outside India? We currently ship only within India. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on Instagram to be the first to know.

Vegan leather is a high-quality synthetic material that looks, feels, and wears like real leather — without using any animal products. Our vegan leather is scratch-resistant, water-resistant, and designed to last. With basic care (occasional wiping with a damp cloth), your Double Five shoes will stay looking great for years.

Are Double Five products genuinely cruelty-free? Yes, completely. No animal hides, no animal glues, no animal-derived materials of any kind are used in any Double Five product. Every item is 100% vegan.

How do I care for my shoes or boots? Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth after use. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heavy rain. Store in the dust bag provided. Do not machine wash.

We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.

How do I apply a discount code? Enter your code in the "Discount" field at checkout before completing payment. Only one discount code can be applied per order. The WELCOME10 code is valid for first-time customers only.

Is Cash on Delivery available? Yes, COD is available on all orders across India.
